Manufacturers: We carry many of the top furniture manufacturers in the industry. For over 40 years our staff has been exhibiting and shopping at the largest furniture and home decor trade shows in the United States. We have shopped almost every major manufactor in the world. We are constantly looking for the best styles, prices, and service in our industry.

Shipping:: SHIPPING IS FREE!!! Inside the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Customers in Alaska, or Hawaii contact us for a shipping quote). We regret that we cannot ship to international or APO addresses at this time.

Items are usually shipped within 2-3 weeks.

Our small & mid-size items such as lamps & coffee table groups are shipped via Fed-Ex or Truck Line.

Larger items such as sofas & formal dining room groups are shipped via a specialized carrier.

For items shipped via specialized carrier the freight company will call in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. Most appointment times are between 10a.m.-5p.m. Monday-Friday. You will be contacted by the delivery service several days prior to delivery to set up a day and time frame for you to receive your order. If no one is at home when delivery is attempted, you will incur a minimum re-delivery charge of $50.00. Make sure to have someone there to receive your delivery during the scheduled time frame. If your order requires a stair carry there is a charge of 30.00 per flight.

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Personal Checks, Cashiers Checks, and Money Orders.

Sales Tax: You pay no sales tax unless you live in the state of TN.

Return Policy: We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new furniture arrives and you find it does not quite fit your needs, you may return it within 30 days with no re-stocking fees. We will issue a pick-up on the item, and a refund will be issued. (Less shipping charges.) Please make sure that the merchandise is in its original packaging.

Please make sure to take measurements before ordering. If an item will not fit through the door, it is considered a return.

Damages or Defects: If an item is damaged during shipment, or if it is defective we will either issue a pick up for the damaged item & have a replacement sent, or we will have a repair technician correct the problem. Please be able to take digital photos so we can determine the best course of action. In most cases, we will be able to send parts to correct any problems you may have. All items that are returned must be in the original box. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Cancellations: You may cancel an order without penalty providing that the order has not left the factory. If an order is cancelled after the product has left the factory it is considered a return.

Assembly: Most of our furniture will require some assembly. All of the parts such as screws, bolts, and tools will be included. Easy to read instructions that are also included.

Privacy Any information we receive from you is confidential and is used only to serve you. We do not sell your information or allow other companies to use the information from our database.
